What is ozonated water?
Ozonated water is the result of generating ozone (O3) in situ — a molecule of three oxygen atoms — and dissolving it immediately in water.
The product range generates ozone and injects it into water. This mix, thanks to our technology, greatly increases ozone’s natural stability, which is what allows cleaning and disinfection.
How does WASH work?
WASH is a compact, easy-to-install unit that synchronises AVATAR with any industrial dishwasher.
A technician connects the device to AVATAR’s water outlet and to the dishwasher. Ozonated water then goes through WASH into the dishwasher, cleaning kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
What applications does it have?
WASH is intended to clean kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware with any industrial dishwasher.
Once running it cleans with ozonated water and its biocidal qualities.
Will I make any savings?
